These Terms form an agreement between you and Cormsor LLC for digital travel eSIM products sold through eSIM Buying. By ordering, you confirm that you can enter a binding agreement and that the order information is accurate.
Product and compatibility
An eSIM is a digital connectivity profile. You are responsible for confirming that your device is carrier-unlocked, supports eSIM and supports the destination networks. Coverage, speed and availability depend on local operators, geography, device and network conditions.
Activation and validity
Plan validity and activation rules are shown before checkout. Many plans begin on first supported network connection; some may begin on installation or issuance. Do not install earlier than recommended. A QR code may be installable only once.
Orders and delivery
Orders are fulfilled digitally after confirmed payment. Delivery may take longer during provider or network incidents. You must provide a reachable email and protect QR codes, activation strings and device access. Contact support before making a second purchase if delivery appears delayed.
Prices, taxes and payment
The total displayed at checkout is charged through our payment provider. Currency conversion or bank fees may be imposed by your issuer. Promotional discounts apply only under their stated conditions and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service for fraud, unlawful activity, resale without authorization, network abuse, interference or attempts to access other customers’ orders. We may suspend an order where required for security or law.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for outages or limitations caused by local operators, incompatible or locked devices, incorrect installation, force majeure or third-party platforms. Nothing excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and governing rules
We may update these Terms prospectively. The version presented at purchase governs that order. Mandatory consumer protections in your country continue to apply. Contact support before legal escalation so we can attempt a prompt resolution.
