• Support communications you send through WhatsApp or email.
• Payment identifiers and status supplied by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers.

We use information to create and deliver eSIM orders, confirm payment, prevent fraud, provide support, comply with legal and tax duties, secure the service and improve performance. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers and international transfers

We use infrastructure, payment, eSIM fulfilment, analytics and support providers. Data may be processed outside your country with contractual and technical safeguards appropriate to the service.

Retention

Order and accounting records are retained for the period required by applicable law and dispute handling. Security logs and temporary checkout records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary. QR and activation details should be stored securely by the customer.

Your choices and rights
